


























We present a building that is part of the Special Plan for the Protection of the Historic Center. A volume made up of three bodies, two of which must maintain all or part of their original architectural values. In this case, divisions into several dwellings are allowed as long as they do not spoil the elements of interest. In this part of the building we have rooms with hydraulic floors and ceilings of coffered ceilings of great beauty. The central part, overlooking Avenida Salvador Dalí, allows an intervention consisting of the total demolition of the building and the subsequent construction of a new building. It is a very interesting combination to make a good project that is both heritage restoration and contemporaneity. The total building, made up of two estates, has an approximate measurement of 570 m2 plus an interior courtyard. Cadastrally the area of the plot is 380 m2.
