For what purpose do we process your personal data?

- Management of the publication of real estate ads on the Portal. The Portal uses users' personal data to provide them with the services they have requested.

- Attention and management of inquiries and information requests, providing customer service.

What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

- For the management of the contractual relationship with the data subject, we will base the processing on the execution of the contract or in the context of the pre-contractual relationship.

- In response to requests or inquiries from users of our Portal, who are not yet clients, the legitimacy will be the consent that the data subject gives us to use their data to respond to their request.

- The legal basis for conducting statistical analyses is our legitimate interest in improving our services and making them more efficient for us and for our clients and users.

Our services are aimed at adults. Article 7 of LO 3/2018 allows those over 14 years of age to consent to the processing of their data, except in cases where the law requires the assistance of holders of parental authority or guardianship for the execution of the act or legal transaction in which the consent for processing is obtained, and since the services offered on this website consist of publishing real estate ads, minors under 16 cannot use this Portal, and those over 16 and under 18 can only use it if they are emancipated.

To whom will your data be communicated?

The data will not be communicated to third parties, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, such as communication to technology service providers responsible for maintaining and operating the Portal.

How long will we retain your data?
